What are your methods of payment?

I accept major debit/credit cards through PayPal or Stripe.

If alternative payment methods are needed please contact me to see what can be arranged.

What are your shipping rates?

Prints
Ground Shipping - $6.95

Filters
Ground Shipping - $10.99
2 Day Shipping - $16.99

How long does it take for items to ship?

For prints - usually within 3-5 business days as all prints are made to order
For Filters - usually with in 1-2 business days

Note: Holidays or weekends can greatly affect order fulfillment and shipping times, if something is time critical contact me.

What shipping Company is used?

All orders ship via FedEx.
Prints are shipped using standard delivery. Prints originate from New York, NY
Filters have a standard and 2-day option for delivery. Filters ship from Santa Monica, CA

My product was delivered damaged!

This is rarely a problem, but when it does happen please do the following:

  1. Take photos of the package as received and the product in damaged condition

  2. Send photos damaged goods to info@chrisewencrosby.com

  3. Include order # in your email
